Is your business ready for Polocrosse World Cup?

Over 60,000 spectators are expected to visit Warwick for the Adina Polocrosse World Cup from 22 – 28 April 2019.

Delivering great experiences and country hospitality has helped our region become a premier destination for events. As a front line business engaging with our Polocrosse World Cup visitors during their stay, you have the ability to create powerful memories, amazing customer service and a reason for our visitors to return.

What can my business do to welcome our visitors?

  1. Keep your eye out for customers with the Polocrosse admission wrist band (blue and orange) on and be ready to greet them and deliver a great customer experience
  2. Consider offering a discount to Polocrosse visitors (wearing the wrist band)
  3. Consider extending your business opening hours during the event
  4. Determine whether your business needs additional staff or product during the event
  5. Review your marketing and social media presence to ensure your business can be found and contacted by our visitors, even before they arrive in the Southern Downs
